Wrong fit? Not for you? No worries - we're happy to offer our Canadian customers easy, free returns.

All of our international orders (outside Canada) are shipped DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Any taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Please note that we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, however, you may check with your local customs office to see what fees you may incur upon receipt.
If you would like to return an item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Simply attach it to the envelope or box we shipped your item(s) in, ensure it's tightly secured, and drop it off at your local post office (or other courier in the event of a Canada Post disruption). In addition, please circle on the receipt included in your order, which items you are returning and include the receipt in your parcel. NOTE: If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you may do so, at your own expense.
We will provide a refund to your original payment type within 5 days of receiving your returned item, less the initial shipping costs, if applicable. Your item must be unworn and provided back to Ever Rose in the same condition as when you received it including any tags that came with your item. If the item is damaged or altered in any way, including stains, odours, tears, being washed, or some other issue, you will not receive a refund.

If you want to cancel you order, you may only do so before it is shipped (before you receive a shipping confirmation). If you're uncertain as to whether your order has shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Please note, at the moment we do not accept exchanges. If you want to exchange your item, please follow the return process above and place another order for the item(s) you would like to purchase instead.
