Motivation Monday: Do Something Different Challenge
Each Monday, we're rolling out a new challenge to change the way you think, act, do, or feel. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be motivated to try something different for a week. And if you love it, keep it going!
This week, we encourage you to try something different every single day. That may sound obvious, since every Motivation Monday challenge is about doing things differently - but we're talking about all kinds of little shifts. Too often, we fall into habits and routines, to the point where our lives can become stale. Shaking up your routine even just a little can open you up to new things, put a spring in your step, and make you more ambitious.
These shifts don't have to be monumental changes. Try to pick something simple and attainable each day. For example, you could:
- Take a different route home from work
- Wear your hair differently
- Visit a store you've never been to before
- Cook a new recipe
- Tour a new neighbourhood
- Wear a brightly coloured lipstick
- Leave your phone at home for the day
There are a million and one little changes you can make to your life that could end up having a big impact. That's what Motivation Monday challenges are all about - and this week it's up to you to freestyle what you want to try out.
